REQUEST FOR Proposals
Moab Area Transit Service operations
The City of Moab, a municipal corporation (Owner) is requesting proposals for implementation of the following project:
Moab Area Transit Service Operations
Proposals for service operations will be received at the City of Moab Offices located at 217 East Center Street Moab, UT 84532, until Thursday, October 6, 2022, at 2:30 p.m. local time.
The Project includes the following Work:
Providing a safe, effective, and flexible transit solution that increases mobility options for residents and visitors.
Proposals are requested for the following Contract: Moab Area Transit Service Operations.
The vision is to operate the new transit system for at least five years (the first five years have committed funding) with an annual evaluation of performance and customer satisfaction with possible service adjustments. The approximate total annual funding for the service contract resulting from this RFP process is $691,200.

Pre-proposal Conference:
