Luke Wojciechowski

Luke WojciechowskiLukasz (Luke) Wojciechowski was elected on November 2, 2021, to a four-year term on the Moab City Council. His term runs from January 2022 to December 2026.

Luke was originally born in Poland and spent most of his life living in Illinois. He moved to Moab in 2016 to be closer to family and take a job with Seekhaven, the local domestic abuse and sexual assault service provider. He served in many roles at Seekhaven, but most recently as the Deputy Executive Director. After five years with that organization, he began his new role as the Grant Finance Manager for Moab Regional Hospital's Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic, which seeks to fill a big need in our town by providing a comprehensive collection of services that create better access, stabilize individuals in crisis, and provide treatment and recovery support for those with serious mental and substance use disorders. Luke has also served on the Moab City Planning Commission for two years with the goal of doing whatever he can to ensure that others in our community have safe, peaceful, and happy places to call home.

Luke is hoping to use all of these different perspectives on Moab to ensure that everyone in the community can be fairly represented in the council’s decision making process. Subsequently, Luke is very interested in hearing from all community members so please don’t hesitate to call or email.
