Also ask about our free equipment orientations - by reservation only, signup sheets at front desk. Presently orientations are scheduled for Monday and Wednesday at 6:30 p.m.

Classes
We offer group fitness classes of varying intensity with emphasis placed not only on fun but on the crucial elements of fitness and conditioning: strength, speed, agility, balance and flexibility. Classes incorporate a variety of individual fitness equipment such as spinning bikes, body bars, hand weights, stability balls and resistance bands to strengthen and tone.
Classes are held Monday through Thursday from 6:00 to 7:00 a.m., Tuesday and Thursday 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. and Monday and Wednesday from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. All classes are taught by experienced fitness professionals. Drop by the MRAC for current schedules or see the "about" page on this website.
The cost for classes is $2.00 per class for season and annual passholders, $4.00 for nonmembers. 20-punch passes are available for $35.00 for passholders and $65.00 for nonmembers. Punch passes may be used for both aquatic and fitness classes.
